JEI® for standard application

ILME presents the new JEI® series of multipole connectors with an optimal quality/price ratio.
The range is composed of:
• JK/JKS/JDA/JDS/JSH/JNE/JSE inserts
• Crimp contacts CD..S/CC..S series
• JEI®-P enclosures with thermoplastic levers

• JEI®-V enclosures with galvanised steel levers
• JEI® enclosures with rigid lever 32/48P

The JEI® series satisfies the demand for a simple connector with an excellent quality/price ratio.
A wide range of inserts is available with different termination methods (screw, crimp or spring) and mechanical life = 200 cycles. The series of inserts is composed of:
• JK, JKS series with new pin coding system (UL approved);
• JDS high density “SAVING SPACE” series (UL approved);
• JDA series with new design;
• JSH Squich® “SAVING TIME” series (UL approved);
• JNE screw connection series and JSE spring connection series (new color grey RAL 7035, UL approved).
The tin plated crimp contacts will be available in the following versions:
• CDFS/CDMS series: for 10A inserts CD/CDD series;
• CCFS/CCMS series: for 16A inserts CCE/CQE series.

The new JEI®-P series can be used in standard applications (non-aggressive environments) and wherever there is a need for secure and reliable connections.
The range is available in the following sizes:
• “ 44.27”, “ 49.16”, “ 66.16” with one thermoplastic lever;
• “ 57.27”, “ 77.27”, “ 77.62”, “ 104.27” with two thermoplastic levers;
• In bulkhead, surface mounting version and hood with levers. Protection covers with levers will also be available;
• IP65 protection rating (EN 60529).

JEI®-V enclosures are characterised by galvanised steel levers with vertical closing suitable for frequent couplings.
The range is available as follows:
• “ 44.27”, “ 57.27”, “ 77.27”, “ 104.27” with one lever (also available with thermoplastic panel);
• “ 57.27”, “ 77.27”, “ 104.27” with two levers;
• Bulkhead mounting version and surface mounting version;
• IP65/IP66 protection rate.

JEI® 32/48P enclosures contain a new rigid lever suitable for cable stress.
The range is composed of the sizes “ 77.62” and “ 104.62”.
They can also be supplied with the new thermoplastic cover.
