Sales conditions 2025
1.
Prices are those ones valid and into force at the moment of the order. Prices are indicated in the sales unit/piece. All prices are in SEK or Euro and exclusive of VAT, transportation and pallets. ILME Nordic reserves the right to increase prices in any moment if only 1 raw material shall increase more than 10% and/or 2 raw materials more than 5% each, over the reference quotation at the date of receipt of order.

Terms of Payment “Payment shall be made net at 30 days in accordance with payment terms on the order confirmation and invoice, calculated from the invoice date. After the due date interest rates are charged in case of late payments in accordance with the § 6 paragraph of the Interest Act, with reference rate of +8% points and 60 SEK in compensation when we send a 2nd and further payment reminder. Goods remain of ILME’s property until full payment has been received. ILME Nordic reserves the right to change the terms of delivery after having checked the usual credit rates.

Delivery is made FCA. ILME Nordic warehouse in Löddeköpinge, unless otherwise agreed. All transportation from seller’s warehouse is at buyer’s risk; in no case the Seller is liable, and no damages can be paid to the Buyer.
4.
Complaint – Faulty product Invoice complaints about prices or discounts must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. The same apply for complaints in case of visible damages.
5.
Products are covered by a two-year guarantee of well-functioning for manufacturing defects. The two-year guarantee does not include deterioration/decay due to the use, wrong assembling, damage or breakings caused by incompetence, carelessness or mishandling. The faultiness of goods can only be acknowledged by ILME Nordic after examination of returned samples. In case of recognized defects in the materials ILME Nordic will substitute the articles without any cost.

Returns must always be authorized in advance by ILME Nordic. In case of agreed returns, a code will be provided by ILME to the Buyer. This code, together with our order number has to be reported on all correspondence between the parts. Returns without a return code will be sent back to the sender with unpaid freight. Authorized returns must be returned in original packaging. In case of returns, transportation cost are always at Buyer cost unless in case of mistakes in delivering from seller side. ILME Nordic will charge for approved returns an amount equal to 20% of the original net selling price.
7.
Dimensions and Specifications dimensions and technical data in catalogs, brochures, circulars, advertisements, illustrations and price lists are not binding except if expressly indicated in specific agreement. For any further details on I.L.M.E. products please look into I.L.M.E. catalogues and especially refer to the “Important Notes”.
8.
Should the delivery time be extended so long, that the buyer considers it unreasonable to accept, the purchaser is entitled to a cancellation. Notice thereof shall be submitted to the seller immediately after received notice of the later date the goods are expected to be delivered.
9.
Grounds for exemption (Force Majeure) If execution of the contract is prevented or impeded by circumstances – as war, government intervention, disturbances, restrictions on energy supply, labor disturbances, prohibitions, restrictions, accidents, bad transportation, and weather conditions as a party could not reasonably have foreseen at the time of making the contract and whose consequences he could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, he shall accordingly be released from his contractual obligations.
10.
Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of this agreement shall be determined by an arbitrator and in accordance with Swedish law instead of in court.
